“Ohio is a state rich in agriculture, industry and business.  For the past one hundred and seven years, the Ohio State Fair has been the mirror that has reflected Ohio’s economy and productivity…particularly in agriculture.  The Ohio State Fair and the 91 organized county and independent agricultural societies, although abundant with the accomplishments of Buckeye businesses and industries, have been the show window of Agriculture, the greatest single industry in the world”
